CytoSMART Technologies has appointed Dr. Peter Djali and Bill Rhodes as Supervisory Board members.

Bill Rhodes is appointed as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rhodes previously worked as an Executive Officer of Becton Dickinson and Co. (NYSE:BDX) and Worldwide President of BD Biosciences. He is also Chairman of the Board of OpGen Inc. (NASDAQ:OPGN) and Interim Chairman of the Board of Omega Diagnostics Group plc (LON:ODX). He serves in various capacities with Cornell University, his alma mater, and is an advisor to Altaris Capital Partners, a New York City-based healthcare private equity firm.

Dr. Peter Djali has a longstanding track record in kinetic live-cell imaging. He was previously EU Sales Director at Essen Bioscience and Sales Manager at Molecular devices. Dr. Djali has a PhD in Molecular Physiology.
